Processing & Shipping Timeframes

At Celestara Jewelry, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 1 PM will be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom or personalized jewelry may require additional processing time, which will be specified at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 6-10 business days

Delivery time estimates are based on business days and do not include processing time.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, destination, and chosen shipping method.
  • The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping to select countries.
  • Delivery timeframes vary based on the destination and customs processing.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees applied by their country.

Order Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays or lost shipments.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
  • Some regions may have limited shipping availability. If your location is affected, you will be notified at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to locate it. In cases where the package cannot be found, we may offer a replacement or refund (subject to review).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
